Graphic Artist Internship – Sample Infographic

In order to evaluate your ability to create graphics to communicate a business message, either submit existing work or create an infographic on the Collection Litigation Process.  This process is partially described in the transcript and video on this page.  Examples of infographics are here, here and here.  You do not need to use the same style or format as these existing infographics.  Use your own creativity to communicate the message.    The written outline below are the key points in the process that should be communicated by the infographic.

Infographic:  Collection Litigation Process

Before Attorney Starts

  • Client approves Via email the custom quote provided to proceed with Litigation
  • Client sends necessary funds to TKG
  • TKG will sends file and funds to attorney

Attorney drafts lawsuit

  • Client signs affidavit indicating information in lawsuit is accurate

Lawsuit filed

Serve lawsuit on debtor

  • Defendant Response to lawsuit within 30-45 day time limit after service
  • No response:  file for default judgment
  • Yes:  Debtor files response
  1. Our attorney challenges debtors response
  2. Trial set; each side answers questions (interrogatories)
  3. Trial happens & judge rules

Judgment Issued

Submit judgment to be recorded
