We do not take a percentage of the funds successfully collected but rather charge a fee that is passed through to the delinquent owners. If we are unable to collect our fees from the delinquent owner, subsequent property purchaser or foreclosing bank we will not require the association to pay any fees in Florida and only $250.00 per file in all other states. |
